Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Destinations We ship to customers in the United States and internationally to 27 countries including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Germany, France, and more.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
International:
- USPS International: 10-21 business days (depending on destination)
- DHL Express: 3-7 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.
International Orders - Customs, Duties, and Taxes For orders shipped outside the United States, you may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. SilverWolf has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Damages & Lost Packages SilverWolf is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (USPS or DHL) to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
